I want to use the On-Demand feature, but this message is very annoying and hinders productivity when I need to delete files. The files still end up in the Recycle Bin, so the message is useless. This definitely looks like a bug and hope MS will fix, the message should appear only when someone tries to delete an actual "Online Only" file!
